Job purpose

The Accounts Payable Plant Analyst will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support by processing invoices, working directly with vendors, and assisting other employees within the organization on any invoice related questions or inquiries. The position will act in accordance with the Group’s Mission, Vision, Values & Strategies, as well as, policies, guidelines and international standards, supported by an IT Technology platform, and HSE standards.

Main tasks and responsibilities

· Process Incoming Invoices (Freight, Authorized Pay, Purchase Orders, Expense Reports, Intercompany)

· Vendor Inquiries

· Maintenance of Reporting

· Corporate Credit Card Program Maintenance

· Vendor Account Review and Issue Resolution

· Support SAP and Accounting Process Improvements

· Prepare upon request financial analysis and Account Reconciliations

Background and experience

·  Minimum of 2 years relevant experience

·  Associates Degree a plus

·  Chemical Manufacturing Background a plus

·  Demonstrated understanding of financial and accounting processes and procedures in a manufacturing environment is a plus

·  MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc

·  Effective Communication skills
