Job Purpose
This person will be responsible for production yield related reporting and analysis at the Bay City and Bishop Plant. This role reports through the finance organization but will work very closely with the operational side of the business unit in an analysis and reporting function.
The position will act in accordance with the Group’s Mission, Vision, Values & Strategies, as well as, policies, guidelines and international standards, supported by an IT Technology platform, and HSE standards.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Daily and Monthly reconciliation of production/consumption results in the YAS and SAP systems.
- Manually post YAS to SAP for Bay City and Bishop
- Reconcile shipments, receipts and loaded inventory for all trucks, Railcar and barges for Bay City and Bishop
- Make necessary adjustments to YAS and SAP systems
- Communicate with operations as well as with the Accounting dept.
- Requisitions in SAP of some Raw materials
- Reconcile Returns and Heels on barges, Railcars and trucks
- Make necessary adjustments at month end and communicate with the Accounting dept.
- Balance Inventory between YAS system and SAP monthly
- Provide data at month end to the Finance department and Houston office
- Send weekly and monthly reports to various co-workers within the corporation
- Provide Data to other departments upon request
- Perform other job tasks as assigned
Key Interactions
- Internal: Communicate with the Shipping department at the Bay City and Bishop sites. Aslo communicate with Operations, Maintenance, Warehouse, and EHS Departments & Accounting department
- External: 3rd party contractors

Language Requirements
- English
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years (2) SAP experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis tools
Competencies and Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Access
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirement
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Effective oral and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively

- Yield Accounting Experience Preferred
