Job Purpose
This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role.

Working directly with OXEA's Chief Transformation Officer, you'll partner with the executive leading the company's enterprise-wide transformation. You'll be at the center of the initiatives shaping OXEA's future, from executing our Value Creation Plan and supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and business integrations to driving operational improvements and strategic business initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
As Chief of Staff to the Chief Transformation Officer, you'll help coordinate and execute OXEA's most important strategic initiatives while partnering with leaders across the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the Chief Transformation Officer in coordinating enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and strategic priorities.
- Monitor project milestones, risks, action items, and deliverables to help ensure successful execution of the Value Creation Plan.
- Partner with Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, and other business functions to coordinate cross-functional projects.
- Prepare executive presentations, business updates, financial analyses, and supporting materials for Executive Leadership Team, Board, and shareholder meetings.
- Conduct research, analyze business performance, and develop recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate project meetings, track follow-up actions, and help maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.
- Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, and other corporate development activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, operational performance, and value creation.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to improve communication, alignment, and execution.
- Represent the Chief Transformation Officer in selected meetings and ensure decisions and action items are effectively communicated and followed through.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Approximately 5-10 years of professional experience with a track record of taking on increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience in the chemicals or manufacturing industry; experience working in a private equity-backed organization is highly desirable.
- Experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or a similar strategy, transformation, or business planning role where you've supported high-impact business initiatives.
- Experience contributing to complex cross-functional projects and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, including the ability to develop business cases, financial models, and data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate business challenges and identify practical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to prepare and present materials for senior leadership and executive audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build executive-level analyses and presentations.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.
