Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly motivated Finance undergraduate to join our FP&A team for Summer 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis. You will work directly with senior FP&A professionals and business partners, gaining real exposure to how finance drives business decisions in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for students who want to build strong technical skills and understand the end-to-end FP&A function.

 

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans
  • Perform monthly variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and provide insightful commentary
  • Build and update financial models, dashboards, and reporting templates in Excel and Power BI
  • Analyze key business drivers and prepare presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives
  • Participate in team meetings and present findings to FP&A and business stakeholders
  • Help automate routine reporting processes using Excel macros, Power Query, or Python (if applicable)
  • Perform additional duties, special projects, and responsibilities as assigned; responsibilities may evolve based on business needs and departmental priorities.

 

Qualifications Required

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (rising juniors or seniors preferred)
  • Strong academic performance (GPA 3.4+)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Charts, Data Tables)
  • Demonstrated interest in Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate finance, or business strategy
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

 

Preferred

  • Previous internship or relevant coursework in financial modeling, accounting, or statistics
  • Experience with Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Leadership experience in student organizations, finance clubs, or case competitions

 

Internship Term

  • May–August 2026 (minimum 3-month commitment)
