Job Purpose
The Global C2C Operations Manager, based in Houston, is responsible for leading the end-to-end Credit to Cash function for the Group. You will ensure seamless integration between credit risk control, billing, cash application, and collections to drive robust governance and optimized liquidity.
This position is a key financial leadership role supporting the VP & Treasurer and the CFO with strategic insight, high-quality C2C performance analytics, and proactive risk mitigation. The role combines strategic direction, operational excellence, and digital process optimization, leveraging SAP and specialized automation tools to streamline the global cash cycle.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- End-to-End C2C Leadership: Lead the global Credit to Cash function, ensuring a consistent, scalable, and compliant approach to the entire receivables lifecycle across all regions.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the core C2C lifecycle, including customer onboarding/KYC, credit assessment, efficient billing/invoicing, and automated cash application.
- Working Capital Optimization: Drive global collections and recovery activities, managing exposure reviews and dispute resolution to minimize DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and secure healthy cash flow.
- Strategic Risk Management: Provide direction through portfolio analysis and early warning indicators, ensuring credit insurance requirements and internal risk thresholds are strictly met.
- Digital Transformation: Champion the automation of C2C workflows; enhance reporting dashboards and leverage AI/systematic tools for predictive credit and collection monitoring.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Foster strong collaboration between Treasury, Sales, Legal, and Accounting to resolve complex disputes and streamline the handover of cash application activities.
- Governance & Compliance: Maintain a rigorous internal control framework, ensuring global compliance with Group policies, audit standards, and international financial regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a globally dispersed C2C team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Background, Experience, Competencies and Skills
- Extensive Experience (7-10+ years): Proven track record in Credit to Cash or Order to Cash (O2C) management within a multinational environment.
- C2C Lifecycle Expertise: Deep knowledge of credit risk, accounts receivable, cash application workflows, and credit insurance (e.g., CreditSafe, D&B).
- SAP Proficiency: Strong expertise in SAP (FSCM preferred) and experience implementing digital C2C automation solutions.
- Strategic Analytics: Ability to translate complex aging and cash flow data into actionable executive insights.
- Global Leadership: Proven success in managing and professionalizing regionally dispersed teams.
- Process Engineering: A mindset focused on Lean or Six Sigma principles to design, enhance, and automate global financial workflows.
Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPCP, CICP, or CMA) preferred.
