Overview:

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical HR Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key HR metrics, while also supporting Compensation & Benefits (C&B) projects such as job grading, incentive programs, and bonus systems. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly skilled in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint, experienced with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented while also understanding the big picture, and who can communicate effectively across all hierarchy levels. Experience in a Private Equity environment or consulting is a strong plus.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • Develop, maintain, and report on HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as turnover, headcount, recruitment, retention, training, and employee engagement.
  • Create dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel to monitor HR data accuracy, trends, and patterns.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to provide insights that support workforce planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity across SuccessFactors Employee Central and other HR systems through regular audits and validation.
  • Build compelling presentations and reports in PowerPoint for senior management, highlighting HR trends and recommendations.
  • Support Compensation & Benefits projects, including job grading, incentive programs, and bonus system design and implementation.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of HR technologies and systems.
  • Prepare compliance and regulatory reporting where necessary.

 

Experience: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in HR analytics, C&B, HR operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data visualization) and Power BI.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or similar HRIS systems.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
  • Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits practices, including job grading and incentive design, is highly desirable.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to be detail-oriented while also understanding and contributing to the bigger picture.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and present insights across different hierarchy levels.
  • Languages: English (fluent, required); German (advantageous).
  • Experience in a Private Equity environment or management consulting is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
