Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact hybrid role at a pivotal time for our company. Following a Private Equity acquisition, we are embarking on a major transformation of our business and HR function. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will combine two critical responsibilities:
- Leading HR transformation projects in close collaboration with the company’s global Transformation Office, ensuring HR initiatives are well-structured, tracked, and delivered successfully.
- Partnering with and supporting the CHRO, providing executive-level coordination, planning, and organizational support.
You will play a central role in shaping HR’s transformation agenda and enabling the success of projects such as a new Target Operating Model, performance management redesign, and modernized compensation & reward systems. At the same time, you will ensure the CHRO’s office runs smoothly, acting as a trusted partner and go-to person for both the global HR team and senior business leaders.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
HR Projects & Transformation
- Act as HR’s Project Management Office (PMO) lead, structuring and managing major HR transformation initiatives (e.g., implementation of a new Target Operating Model, performance management redesign, compensation & rewards frameworks).
- Work closely with the company’s global Transformation Office to ensure alignment and governance of HR-related projects.
- Apply project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and drive delivery.
- Support HR and business leaders in adopting new processes, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and change readiness.
- Contribute to change management activities (e.g., communication plans, workshops, training sessions).
CHRO Executive Partner
- Provide high-level executive support to the CHRO, including calendar and travel management, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
- Act as the first point of contact for the global HR team (mainly US and Germany) and wider business stakeholders.
- Coordinate HR leadership team meetings and ensure smooth communication and information flow.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and be the “go-to person” for the CHRO on all organizational and administrative matters.
Experience:
- Several years of professional experience in project management, HR transformation, or consulting (ideally with exposure to Private Equity environments).
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional and global projects.
- Solid knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Experience in working in international organizations with multiple time zones and stakeholders.
- Previous executive assistant or chief-of-staff type responsibilities supporting senior leaders.
Competencies:
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills – highly structured and detail-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust and credibility with leaders across functions.
- Change management expertise – ideally holding a certification such as Prosci Change Management Practitioner or equivalent.
- Self-starter with high energy and the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Culturally savvy, adaptable, and comfortable working in global settings.
